Referral Program FAQ

Nope! We welcome qualified referrals from anyone, but strongly encourage you to review our fit guidelines to make sure everyone is set up to win.
Generally, leadership roles—especially those in marketing and sales—tend to have the most ability to make a decision on case study/referral programs.
We connect often with VP, Director, and C-Suite level customer marketers, content marketers, and product marketers.
Payments are sent net 30 after projects have been delivered and paid in full.
Payment is sent via ACH, wire, or etransfer.
That depends on your company’s policies.
While we have no issue directing rewards to individuals vs. companies, please ensure that being paid for a referral personally won’t put you in hot water with your employer or violate any corporate ethics/policies.
We’ll spin up a joint Google Sheet tracking all of your referrals and the status of the engagement.
You’ll be updated monthly on any changes to your referral status.
We’ll arm you with a “Quick Guide to CSB” you can send to potential referrals that outlines our typical process, pricing, and some compelling proof to make pitching our services easy peasy.
If a referral doesn’t convert or the project is cancelled, no reward is paid out.
We’ll let you know the referral didn’t pan out, and if there are any issues in the referral, work out how we can help you send the best fits in our direction.
